Montana's Home Furniture is happy to provide FREE in-store pick-up. We set up a pick-up date so your merchandise can be picked up at either of our locations. Our expertly trained employees will help you load your merchandise. Please make sure to bring straps or rope to secure your merchandise.

We take great care in helping our customers select items for your home; all sales are final once a purchase has been made. There are no exchanges, no refunds. This policy also extends to all purchases made through finance, once the agreement was signed. Typical shipping times for items that are in stock from the manufacturer can ship 7-10 business days, however, most orders may ship sooner.

You will be sent an email confirmation that your order has been placed after the completion of an online purchase, and we will call you in 1-2 business days with more information about your online purchase.

Products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer defects, including cosmetic defects, must be handled by the manufacturer, please contact us for replacement or repair of your item within 1-2 business days.

The buyer is responsible for paying a 20% re-stocking fee if items have been received at Montana’s Home Furniture warehouse. If you have to return the item after it has been picked up, the restocking fee will still apply and items must be unopened. The customer is responsible to bring back all items in the same way you received them. (Short window where online orders can be canceled with no fees, please call us.)
